What this site collects

When you use the contact form, we collect only what we need to route and reply:

Name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
State
Which line of business you asked about
A short message, if you write one
Technical extras the form may attach automatically (date/time submitted, and marketing source codes such as UTM parameters if you arrived from a campaign link)

If you book a consult, Google Calendar (a third party) will also collect whatever that booking form asks for.

What we do not collect on this website

We do not collect through this website: Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers (MBI), full dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health conditions, or medication lists. Those belong in a client record after a Scope of Appointment, not in a public WordPress form.

How we use it

To answer you and follow up on the request you made
To email a quote or comparison link when that is the path you chose
To keep a record of inquiries so we can serve you
To understand, in aggregate, which pages or campaigns sent a visitor

We do not sell your information. We do not use form submissions for unrelated advertising lists.

Where it goes

Form notifications are sent to leo@guardianbg.com through our website and Google Workspace. Hosting is on KnownHost. The site uses LiteSpeed Cache, Rank Math SEO, and spam protection (Akismet) on the contact form.

We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5SMTR3RB) to load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9MVND43NYC). Those services receive standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and events such as form submits, booking-link clicks, and phone-number clicks. We do not use this data to sell ads, and we do not sell your information. Google may also process this data under its own terms.

Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and call-tracking numbers are not connected as of September 2026.

Cookies

WordPress and the hosting cache may set cookies needed to run and secure the site (for example a login cookie if you are an administrator). Embedded booking or spam tools may set their own cookies. We do not run a comment system on this site, so we do not collect commenter data or send email hashes to Gravatar.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and to run the business, then deleted or archived when they are no longer useful. You can ask us to correct or delete a request you sent — email leo@guardianbg.com.

Children

This site is for adults shopping insurance and Social Security guidance. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If how we collect or use information changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
