Your drug list is the review. Not the brochure list.

Until AEP opens October 15, 2026

This counts down to when the federal review window opens. It is not a sales deadline. You can review and stay.

People review “the plan” and skip the pill bottles. Then January happens at the pharmacy counter.

Drug coverage is rebuilt every fall. Tiers move. Prior authorization appears on medicines that did not have it. A drug that was covered can need extra steps, or a different version. That is true on Advantage plans that include drugs and on standalone Part D.

Make a boring list

Name, dose, how often. Include the ones you only take “as needed.” Include the expensive ones you hope you will not need again. That list is the input. A mailer’s “comprehensive drug coverage” line is not.

Check that list against next year’s formulary for the plan you have now. The ANOC and the plan’s drug lookup are the starting point. If a drug you take is missing, restricted, or moving behind extra approval, that is a reason to review, not a reason to panic-switch from a postcard.

What I will not put here

No plan names. No copay charts. Those are county-specific and they go stale. A comparison belongs in an appointment with your list in your hand. Do not paste medications into our website form. That form is for a name, a state, and what you want help with. Med lists are the wrong thing to store in WordPress.

If you take a lot of medicines, or anything specialty, do not wait until the first week of December. Bring the list. We will check it against what you actually have.

No plan prices, extra benefits, or carrier names on this page. Those belong in a comparison after we know your doctors and drugs.
