Until AEP opens October 15, 2026
This counts down to when the federal review window opens. It is not a sales deadline. You can review and stay.
People delay booking because they think walking in means walking out on a new plan. That is not how I work, and it is not how the federal rules work.
You ask for a time. We agree, in writing, on the product types you want to discuss if the meeting will cover Advantage or Part D. That paper is a Scope of Appointment. It does not enroll you. It does not obligate you. There is no required waiting period after you sign it. If you want to talk about a different line later, that is a separate SOA.
What we actually do
Your doctors. Your drugs. How you use care. Whether you are still working. Whether you travel. Then we look at whether staying makes sense, and if not, what kinds of coverage fit. You decide. If you want help with paperwork, we do that after you say so.
You will not get a phone call unless you asked for one. You should not bring a Medicare number to put in a website form. Bring cards and a written med list to the meeting, not to the internet.
Why do this before October 15
Because the window is finite and December gets noisy. A review in September is calmer. You can still wait until AEP to change anything. You cannot get back the week of December 6 if you waited to understand the letter.
This is independent work: more than one carrier, only the ones we are appointed to write.
